Go-ahead for 104 Northamptonshire homes

DLP Planning has secured outline planning permission for 104 homes on a greenfield site at Rothwell in Northamptonshire.

The proposal, which was successful at appeal, includes open space and a landscaped noise bund next to the A14.

The scheme contributes to local infrastructure including schools, libraries, fire services and a community centre.
