A three-year research project to develop a UK-wide housing and neighbourhood monitor has been launched by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation.
The joint research team includes researchers from the University of Manchester's centre for urban policy studies and the University of Glasgow's department for urban studies as well as the University of Ulster's built environment research institute. The interdisciplinary team aims to develop databases and indicators for the major trends and issues in relation to housing and neighbourhoods in the UK.
