The Xstrata Treetop Walkway at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, and the 2012 Olympic Park Footbridge feature in a new exhibition celebrating the best design in bridges, viaducts and walkways in the UK.
The SPANS: Viaducts, Bridges and Walkways exhibition is being held at the Building Centre, on Store Street, London, and was opened on 24 July by French engineer Michel Virolgeux.
Building Centre director Andrew Scoones said: "Bridge design has arrived at a very exciting moment in time.
"The attitude that people should only be interested in the act of getting to the other side, rather than looking at the way in which that journey takes place, is long gone."
The show runs until 20 September and also includes a series of free Wednesday morning talks, starting at 8.30am.
Kew's Treetop Walkway designers Julia Barfield, director of Marks Barfield Architects, and Jane Wernick, director of Jane Wernick Associates, will be speakers on 17 September.
The exhibition is free and is open from Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 5pm.
