Time to relish risk and embrace error

On the basis that the man who never made a mistake never made anything, you should conclude that I have made many things thus far in my short - and, sadly, fat - life. Error comes with the turf of being human and working in regeneration.

Of course, the systems we all work for support the pursuit of fruitful error like the noose supports the hanged man. The culture of regeneration and public sector development views...
