Assembly member seeks park ballots

Welsh Assembly member Kirsty Williams has called for members of Wales's national park authorities to be directly elected to make the process more accountable.

The Liberal Democrat AM, whose Brecon and Radnor constituency includes most of the area covered by the Brecon Beacons National Park Authority, said the current structure leaves a "democratic deficit"....
