Does anyone have examples of the wording of a planning condition requiring the submission of a planning condition as part of a planning permission or do readers seek such measures via a 106 Agreement ? If the latter, have you waited for such a 106 to be agreed before issuing a permission or (given the requirements of speed in determining applications) attached a condition requireing the applicant to enter into a 106 regarding a GTP as part of a planning permission ?
I'd be delighted to see examples of a condition in particular
