Overview

The High Court has recently pronounced on the limits of Class Q and its ability to deliver residential development from barns that require a significant degree of rebuilding. There is also widespread disagreement on the amount of internal works that can be delivered under Class Q. The half-day seminar led by planning solicitor Graham Gover will examine many of the leading appeal decisions and their application to these areas and other main areas of contention with planning authorities. The whole process from the initial client meeting to developing the site and beyond will be addressed. Whether you are already involved in the design and prior approval process or simply wanting to get up to speed with case law on this troublesome permitted development right this seminar is a must.
