Overview

This seminar will discuss key housing policy issues in Wales, including affordability, housing supply and the rental market. 

The conference is scheduled at a crucial time as the Welsh Government moves forward with putting its policy commitments into practice - including building a further 20,000 affordable homes during this term of government, ending ‘Right to Buy’ and introducing a new, mortgage-free, ‘Rent to Own’ model.
