Thanks to a wealth of planning skills and experience across the two companies, we are able to offer a wide range of planning services. These services include pre-application advice, development control, interim management support, planning policy and appeal services.

Our expansion has been rapid and in 2 years we have established 4 new planning teams serving Local Planning Authorities across the UK. We are looking to double the size of our planning team by 2009 and increase our presence in the south and east of the UK.

With an extensive portfolio of clients, teams are involved in a variety of planning projects which allows staff to gain invaluable experience in all aspects of planning.

Our planners work on a diverse range of ground breaking, high profile projects such as Media City, East Cowes Project, Salford Reds Stadium and Building Schools for the Future.

Due to continuing growth of the service, we are continually recruiting talented planning professionals throughout the year.  From managers to graduates, we seek ambitious and commercially minded planners with a planning or related qualification, to contribute and build upon the success of the service.

Due to significant new commissions, we are looking to establish new planning teams in the London, Yorkshire & Lincolnshire areas.

Additionally, we want to hear from planners with specialist experience in planning policy and minerals and waste planning to join our expanding policy teams in Salford.

Together with a challenging and varied workload, we invest in training opportunities for professional qualifications and Continuing Professional Development (CPD). We also hold regular in-house workshops to promote awareness of new developments in the planning industry.

With Investor in People status, all staff receive regular appraisals, to review their progress and career goals. Our appraisal system identifies any training opportunities and courses to attend to broaden our teams' skills, experience and knowledge.
