Introduction

Drivers Jonas is a leading private partnership of commercial property and planning consultants. We are a multi-discipline practice numbering over 600 partners and staff, with over 100 planners. We have offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Slough, Paris and Frankfurt, with a turnover of £67.5m. Drivers Jonas was established in 1725, making it the oldest established firm of chartered surveyors in existence. We owe our longevity to being able to mix established property advice with modern innovation.

Planning and development

Planning & Development consultancy is at the heart of our practice. It is fully integrated with our other specialist advisory services - including investment, finance, agency, valuation and project management - and it touches on all aspects of the work we do for our clients. Our strengths lie in exploring not only the practical and strategic aspects of each project, but its commercial potential, and in guiding each scheme from concept to completion.

Training and career development
