Coed Darcy project set to progress

The Coed Darcy project in Llandarcy, which aims to transform a former oil refinery into an urban village, is set to progress after St Modwen was named as preferred developer. Around 4,000 homes are planned over the next 20 years. Half should be developed in the next nine years in line with Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council's unitary development plan.
