Two deals agreed will provide more than 120 affordable homes

Two deals agreed by developers of Edinburgh's waterfront and a local housing association will provide more than 120 affordable homes. Port of Leith Housing Association's (POLHA) agreements with developers Forth Property and Waterfront Edinburgh would make a "huge impact" in tackling a social housing shortfall, said POLHA development director Willie Drysdale. The aim is to provide more than 900 affordable homes in the Forthside regeneration scheme.
