King's Cross review

A judicial review against the London Borough of Camden's decision to back the King's Cross regeneration scheme will be heard on 24 and 25 May. The King's Cross Think Again campaign group won the right to the High Court hearing in February. It will argue that councillors were wrongly advised about their right to reconsider the provisional consent their predecessors gave in March last year. A decision on whether developer Argent would appeal against a demolition injunction this week was also due as Planning went to press.
