New Swindon Company has selected Amec, Akeler, Blackfriars Investments, CTP St James and Eastcott Regeneration Partnership to compete for the Exchange scheme. It is one of seven regeneration areas in the town centre and is earmarked to provide 60,000m2 of offices, 400 homes, shops, bars, leisure facilities and a 200-bed hotel. A preferred developer will be announced before the end of the year.
