Hepher Dixon advises Acorn Homes

Hepher Dixon is advising developer Acorn Homes on planning issues for the redevelopment of the former University of Leeds Manygates campus. A detailed planning application has been submitted to Wakefield City Council to transform the campus into the Woodlands Village development. Proposals include the conversion of former student accommodation, an element of new-build to create 184 studios and one and two-bedroom flats and 836m2 of office space. A decision on the scheme is expected by the end of this month.
