Cruden and George Wimpey chosen as preferred bidder

Cruden Investment and George Wimpey East Scotland have been chosen as preferred bidder for a £120 million ten-year project to regenerate Raploch in Stirling. The Raploch Urban Regeneration Company (URC) scheme includes 650 private and 250 social rented homes and a health campus. The final phase of the bidding process will confirm the legal and financial detail of the housing and health centre contracts with the URC and NHS Forth Valley.
