Plans to create a civic heart for Hemel Hempstead

Plans to create a civic heart for Hemel Hempstead are to be developed by Thornfield. Dacorum Borough Council has chosen the firm to take forward proposals for a 5.8ha site including a town hall, library, performing arts venue, shops and 750 homes. The scheme forms part of the council's overall vision for the town. The borough was advised by consultancy Donaldsons.
