In brief: Henrey Davidson Development buys land in Norwich

Around 1ha of land for a £9.5 million village centre west of Norwich has been bought by Henry Davidson Developments. It will serve up to 1,800 homes built by Wimpey, Bovis, Barratt and Bloor in the Tud Valley over the next eight years. The Queens Hills development at West Costessey will include shops, a pub, a day nursery and a primary school.
