Victoria Harbour scheme granted permission

The £500 million Victoria Harbour scheme north of Hartlepool Marina was granted permission this week. The development, a joint venture between Tees Valley Regeneration and PD Ports, will include 3,430 homes, a primary school, public open space and a pedestrian and cycle bridge. It will create at least 2,500 jobs. A developer for the first phase will be sought this summer.
