Facilities and improvements at Telford's millennium community

A deal to deliver more than £5.5 million of facilities and improvements at Telford's millennium community has been agreed by English Partnerships and Telford and Wrekin Borough Council. The section 106 agreement for the development at East Ketley includes a school and community centre, improved public transport services and infrastructure, cycle routes, waste and recycling systems and a stewardship scheme to manage open spaces. The deal follows a 700-home neighbourhood to be developed by Taylor Woodrow at the site.
