Mixed-use scheme to be built in Tower Hamlets

A £32 million mixed-use scheme is to be built in Tower Hamlets, east London, as part of regeneration plans including a £7.1 million station on the Docklands Light Railway line. The Carmen Street project, designed by Stock Woolstencroft, has gained consent for 154 homes along with commercial space in a landmark tower next to the proposed Langdon Park station.
