Hearth of Slough project set to receive funding

Slough Borough Council's Heart of Slough project is set to receive around £17 million funding from English Partnerships. The scheme will include more than 1,300 homes, 22,564m2 of office space, a bus station, a revised road layout, public space, a library and community facilities. The money will help the council finalise a development agreement with partners Development Securities and Berkeley Homes and clears the way for detailed work to begin on building and design.
