Study released by FA and Northwest Development Agency

Practical guidance on the role of sports clubs in community regeneration has been released by the Football Association and the Northwest Development Agency. The study, carried out by David Taylor Partnerships, maps the activity of 38 clubs representing football, rugby league, rugby union and cricket. It outlines examples of the sporting activities' community engagement. The report found that further dialogue is needed to help clubs broaden their understanding of regeneration in their local communities.
