Newport Unlimited publishes annual review

Newport Unlimited has published its annual review. The urban regeneration company, created in 2002, has been working on a 20-year vision to revamp the city. In the past year a city-wide transport plan has been adopted, infrastructure has been laid for an office district in George Street and developer Modus Corovest has been placed in charge of a £200 million city centre retail scheme. Chairman Grant Watson said that the approval of a stretch of M4 motorway to the south of the city will stimulate investment.
