Planning permission refused at Chalfont St Peter

Planning permission has been refused for a replacement epilepsy centre and up to 218 homes at a site in Chalfont St Peter, Buckinghamshire. A private nursing home, a private sheltered housing block and vehicular access have also been refused. The National Society for Epilepsy appealed against Chiltern District Council's failure to determine the application, but deputy prime minister John Prescott has rejected the scheme.
