The infrastructure for the Tripcock Point scheme at Thamesmead

The infrastructure for the Tripcock Point scheme at Thamesmead in south London is to be designed by Scott Wilson. The project, by property development specialist Tilfen Land, will deliver between 2,000 and 3,500 homes over an eight to ten-year period. The land previously formed part of the Woolwich Arsenal firing ranges and further sections are being reclaimed from the River Thames. The work includes preparing detailed planning applications, advising on land remediation and drainage and securing adoption agreements with the London Borough of Greenwich.
