Castlemore Securities appointed

Castlemore Securities Ltd was appointed main development partner on a £315 million city centre regeneration scheme by Sheffield City Council this week. The property firm will bring forward proposals for West Bar, a major riverside quarter. It will comprise 93,000m2 of mixed-use space to revive 3ha of brownfield land. The plans include 550 homes, 46,500m2 of offices, 8,400m2 of shops and leisure facilities and a hotel.
