Rochester Riverside flagship

Infrastructure works at the Rochester Riverside flagship regeneration site are to be carried out by civil engineers Edmund Nuttall and Van Oord. The joint venture will be responsible for building a river wall around the development, remediating land and raising the site to protect it from flooding. Medway Council and the South East England Development Agency have appointed Halcrow to supervise the work. The Government Office for the South East is currently reviewing applications for the 34ha brownfield site.
