Final phase of York Science Park begins

Design work on the final phase of the York Science Park has begun. Derbyshire-based architects WCEC are designing two 930m2 office blocks in a £2 million project at the 8.5ha site. The park, where projects to date total £15.3 million, is being developed by P&O Developments and the University of York. It will feature a range of office and laboratory facilities to cater for hi-tech businesses in fields including pharmaceuticals, life sciences, computer science, electronics and health care.
