Casebook: Appeal cases - Telecommunications - Mast judged to harm setting of listed building

Plans for a 12m monopole, antennas and cabinets at a site in the West Midlands have been rejected on the basis that they would harm the character and appearance of the area and the setting of a listed building, with an inspector also ruling that it had not been demonstrated that no acceptable alternative sites were available.
