Hartlepool urges people to have say

Hartlepool Borough Council is urging local people to have their say on latest proposals for dismantling former US naval ships at Graythorp Yard. The plans, submitted by boat recycling company Able UK, cover the use of the site for ship repair, refurbishment and decommissioning. The local authority is holding drop-in sessions next week at which people can look at the plans, discuss them and make comments.
