Gleeds to advise

Cost and feasibility advice for redeveloping Nottingham railway station is to be carried out by Gleeds for Nottingham City Council. The project aims to create a transport hub to link up with the city's tram system and includes platform and station refurbishments with building costs of £20 million. A further £70 million of work will take place on other areas including car parks, office space and residential areas. The project is expected to be completed in 2010.
