Scheme to transform Tottenham House near Marlborough

A scheme to transform the grade I listed Tottenham House near Marlborough into a golf resort, hotel and conference centre has been submitted to Kennet District Council. The planning and listed buildings consent application, submitted by Golf Club Investments PLC, is for a five or six-star hotel and a Professional Golfers Association resort. The £70 million scheme includes refurbishing the 19th century Tottenham House, its stable block and former kitchen garden.
