Regeneration News brief: Redevelopment of Grahame Park, Barnet gets planning permission

Planning permission has been granted for the redevelopment of the Grahame Park estate in Barnet. The work at the north London estate will include the demolition of more than 1,300 flats and houses and the building of 3,000 homes. Facilities such as a library and nursery buildings, a community centre and a supermarket are also planned. The redevelopment will be carried out by Choices for Grahame Park, a partnership between Notting Hill Housing Group and Genesis Housing Group.
