Regeneration News: Library design granted permission

The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham resolved to grant permission for designs for a library and learning centre in Barking town square last week. Urban Catalyst and Wates' detailed designs for the 32,515 sq m scheme were granted outline consent last December. They will form part of a wider vision for the town centre including housing, shops and offices.
