Business Brief: PMP and Faulkner Browns appointed to carry out study

PMP and Faulkner Browns Architects have been appointed to carry out a feasibility study into providing an indoor surfing attraction in North Tyneside. North Tyneside Council and North Tyneside Challenge have commissioned the study for the Flowrider scheme, which would be the first such attraction in the UK. A skate park, a climbing wall, shops and restaurants could all feature. Elsewhere, Lewes District Council has appointed PMP to review leisure facilities provision in the borough, while Wycombe District Council has asked the consultancy to advise on developing a sports complex.
