In Brief: Seafront tower could be built in Swansea

A seafront tower with flats and a rooftop restaurant could be built in Swansea after plans for the 29-storey structure were submitted to Swansea City and County Council last week. The 106m tower is part of a mixed-use development that would provide around 290 flats in blocks ranging from six to 29 storeys in the city's Maritime Quarter. The scheme also includes shops, restaurants and leisure facilities and refurbishing a multi-storey car park.
