Council made to pay full costs for disregarding Environment Agency permit for poultry sheds

Two poultry sheds, new access and a biomass building at a farm in Herefordshire were allowed with no harm to the living conditions of nearby occupiers from odour, noise or deposition of bio-aerosols. A full award of costs was also allowed against the council for unreasonable behaviour resulting in unnecessary expense for the appellant.
