Costs awarded for misdirection on condition regarding ancillary accommodation

An independent dwelling from ancillary accommodation in the grounds of a public house in a Suffolk hamlet was approved without complying with a condition restricting it to prevent occupation or letting as a separate unit. A partial award of costs was granted to the appellant for misdirection by the council under Section 73 of the 1990 Act.
