Mary Travers, PINS' group manager for local plans, will deliver a plenary session at the Robust and Deliverable Plan-Making in 2017 conference, organised by Planning. Travers will explain the basic requirements that local authorities need to meet in order to pass examination, why plans are failing, and present tips on reviewing a local plan.
