U-turn over 320-home Wiltshire application after council secures five-year land supply

An application for 320 homes on a site on the edge of Royal Wootton Bassett in Wiltshire, which was recommended for approval in February but was deferred to allow for a planning committee site visit, has been refused this week after planners concluded that in the interim period the council had secured a five-year housing land supply.
