LDC denied because roof extension not Class A or B permitted development

The works related to a two-storey semi-detached London dwelling with an original flat roofed, two-storey rear projecting wing. The proposal consisted of two elements: a typical dormer running across the whole of the rear roof slope to create a third floor of accommodation in the converted loft; and a roughly 2.2 metre square cubic structure added onto the flat roof of the projecting wing and linked to the dormer to create a bathroom.
