Court rules restriction on second home ownership legitimate aim of neighbourhood plan

A company objecting to the St Ives neighbourhood plan in Cornwall, and which claimed that a restriction on the ownership of new homes planned to be built in the town was unlawful and contrary to human rights law, failed after the High Court concluded that the plan could be approved.
