What's new in DCP Issue 141 (November 2016)

The following details the sections that have been updated as part of the issue 141 (November 2016) revision to DCP.

The sections that have been updated this issue include:
·  Fallback (4.148) with the fallback of an existing planning permission dealt with at 4.1481.
·  Use Classes Order (4.33) which includes discussion on whether the class headings have a legal input into their interpretation (4.332).
·  Definition of agriculture (4.3441) which deals with the 6 tests that apply when considering if Part 6 GPDO rights are relevant.
·  Affordable housing (7.3) with the mechanism for securing such housing detailed at 7.311.
