Re-determined appeal for urban extension dismissed again

The secretary of state has dismissed an appeal recovered for his own decision, agreeing with an inspector that there was no justification for a new neighbourhood of 350 dwellings and local centre on 20 hectares of agricultural land outside a Wiltshire market town at the present time. His earlier decision to dismiss the appeal had been quashed by the High Court.
