Railfreight park decision flawed due to inadequate reasoning

The Inner House, Court of Session struck down a decision by the Scottish government (DCS No 200-003-953) which had granted permission for an expansion to an existing railhead in north Lanarkshire contrary to the recommendations of the appointed reporter, ruling that inadequate reasons had been provided in relation to the scheme's conflict with the development plan for the area.
