Housing site not in accord with newly adopted plan

An outline scheme for 93 houses on the edge of a Worcestershire town, on a site which had been considered but rejected for allocation in the recently adopted development plan, was found by an inspector not to offer sufficient sustainable benefit to outweigh up-to-date policy restraint on housing in the open countryside in a district which boasted a robust five-year supply of housing land.
