Goldsmith pledges end of 'backroom deals' over viability

London Conservative mayoral hopeful Zac Goldsmith has blasted his Labour opponent's proposal for a blanket 50 per cent affordable housing target across the capital, saying it is a 'fantasy target which is impossible to deliver', but has also pledged to end 'backroom deals' with developers over viability.
