Councils without plans face loss of millions in New Homes Bonus payments

EXCLUSIVE A group of eight councils each risk losing more than £1 million of New Homes Bonus cash that would be due in 2017/18 as a result of government plans to withhold the funding from town halls that have not submitted a local plan for examination, an analysis by Planning reveals.
