Welsh government slammed over land disposal strategy

Taxpayers lost out in millions of pounds of proceeds from public land disposals, including one example where a site was sold off at an agricultural land value of £1.8 million and later valued at £39 million following its inclusion in the City of Cardiff Council's draft local development plan, a report has claimed.
